Do you offer 24/7 support services ?

Yes. You can contact us 24 hours a day 365 days a year, via email directly at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or by submitting your request through our support ticket system. With either method, the technical support department of Connect I.T will respond to your request.

If the services package you selected includes support via our call center, you can also submit your request by phone.

Which operating systems and distributions do you support ?

We support several Linux distributions and some versions of Microsoft Windows. See the list of available versions and distributions below. In the case of dedicated servers all Linux distributions are supported. In case of unmanaged Data Center services all available operating systems are supported.

Can I upgrade my system along the way ?

Yes. All solution we offer through our Data Center Services can be upgraded at any time. Upgrades can include cpu , memory , storage and bandwidth.

Do you offer SLA ?

Yes. Availability and quality of our Data Center services are guaranteed through our service level agreement. We offer guarantees on energy supply, availability and quality of network connectivity and availability of the entire service when it comes to managed services.

Do you offer backups ?

Yes.First of all, all the system we provide have basic safeguards such as RAID 5, RAID 6, redundant power supplies, etc. In addition to that, in the form of extra services we provide the option of daily, weekly or per request backups.

How is billing done ?

Billing is on monthly basis and payments are done on the day the service was activated. All additional services activated at a later date will be billed on that same day. You can always choose to prepay the services for any amount of time.

Are there any restrictions on Bandwidth ?

Yes. However you can choose a services package with a dynamic threshold tailored to your needs. In these packages two threshholds are applied, a soft cap and a hard cap. When you go over your soft cap you will be notified via email and be billed extra for the amount of extra bandwidth you consumed.

Do you offer console access ?

Yes. For unmanaged services we offer root access through SSH or virtual console on our panel and when it comes to dedicated servers we offer KVM over IP per customer request.

Can i buy extra IPs ?

Yes. However for IPv4 addresses you will have to supply a technical justification for needing these IPs. To request extra IPs you can contact our technical support department.
