What is the equipment required for a multiconn link ?

To implement a multiconn link it's necessary to  purchase the equipment for all underlying links to be bonded as well as a multiconn router. Multiconn routers are available by Connect I.T for either lease or purchase.

Does multiconn router come with a guarantee ?

Yes. Multiconn routers come with a one year Guarantee. Replacement shipped within hours of your request to our support department.

Do you offer SLA ?

Yes. We offer an SLA with guarantees at 99,9% foar availability και guaranteed latency within Europe. However our true guarantee lies in the fact that for a multiconn link to be rendered unavailable all underlying links that compose it must fail.

Can i buy extra IPs ?

With every multiconn link you get one static IPv4 IP address. We can provide extra IPs however you will need to provide a technical justification for needing them. To request extra IP addresses contact our support department.

Can I use several ISPs in one multiconn link ?

Yes. In fact, in most cases, you are encouraged to do so. Multiconn is ISP agnostic, however the availability of the multiconn link rises significantly when using multiple ISPs.

Is multiconn suitable for VoIP services ?

Yes. However, due to VoIP being a real time service, the links latency is a significant factor for it's quality, and thus there must be a carefull planning in the selection of the Data Center providing final internet connectivity. Prior to purchasing a multiconn link for VoIP services you should provide our enginners with information on how this service will be deployed so that proper topology may be designed for you.

How is billing done ?

Multiconn link billing is done on a monthly basis and price depends on bandwidth and whether it's used for internet access or VPN connectivity between points of presence of your corporation.
